Halkidiki cooking lessons program

Cooking lessons will take place every Monday and Wednesday from 10:30 until 13:30, at a specially arranged area of Petrino Suites Hotel. The price includes one cooking lesson of a traditional Greek recipe and the lunch (wine included). At the end of each lesson, informative material on the Greek Cuisine and the recipes of the plates presented will be handed out of Petrino Suites Hotel.

Schedule: 7 Day Cooking Lessons

1st day

Arrival at Macedonia Airport. Car collection from the car-rental company. Check in at the hotel and room settlement. In the evening dinner will be served at the Petrino restaurant where participants shall have the opportunity to meet with the chef.

2nd day

From 10:30a.m. -13:30p.m. Cooking lessons, beginning with first, second plate and dessert. At noon the participants shall have dinner. The menu will be the food that the participants have prepared. Afternoon and evening is free so that the participants can rest.

3rd day

Lesson will begin with a visit to the local Market of Kassandra, where the food that the participants will cook, shall be purchased. At noon the participants shall have dinner. The menu will be the food that the participants have prepared. Afternoon and evening is free so that the participants can rest.

4rth day

From 10:30a.m. -13:30p.m. Cooking lessons, beginning with first, second plate and dessert. At noon the participants shall have dinner. The menu will be the food that the participants have prepared. Afternoon and evening is free so that the participants can rest and explore the surrounding area.

5th day

From 10:30a.m. -13:30p.m. Halkidiki Cooking Lessons, beginning with first, second plate and dessert. At noon the participants shall have dinner. The menu will be the food that the participants have prepared. Afternoon and evening is free so that the participants can rest.

6th day

Lesson will begin with a visit to the local Market of Nea Fokea, where fish that the participants will cook at the restaurant, shall be purchased. At noon the participants shall have dinner. The menu will be the food that the participants have prepared. Afternoon and evening is free so that the participants can rest.

7th day

From 10:30a.m. -13:30p.m. Cooking lessons, beginning with first, second plate and dessert. At noon the participants shall have dinner. The menu will be the food that the participants have prepared. Afternoon and evening is free so that the participants can rest.

8th day

Departure for Macedonia airport.

The schedule includes:

• 7 overnight stays at a junior suite with breakfast.
• The schedule is valid all the year long, except from the period between 10/7/2009-31/8/2009.
