For online bookings, a valid credit card is necessary. At the first step of the booking no amount is charged in your credit card. The credit card is only charged in case of cancellation of the booking (see below). In case the credit card is valid but ends before the arrival date of the booking, then the Booking Departments is allowed to ask for a least amount of prepayment for the booking, 25% of the total amount.
In case the client needs to take out a visa, then it is possible to ask for a 25% of the total amount for the booking as a prepayment. This demand rests on the considerate facility of the Booking Department.
In case the prepayment is judged as necessary, then the amount must be paid at least 61 days before the arrival date or even immediately, if the booking is for less than 60 or 0 days before the arrival.
